We are looking for someone to chip with online marketing and counseling. We want the person to be smart and articulate. More importantly, we want the person to NOT be this.
If you can describe your job only by using 3-letter acronyms that can be picked up from the first website that opens on google search, you need to look elsewhere for a job.
We do not want expertise, we do not want giant insights on
internet- marketing. We want someone who can pick up basic ideas and speak
clearly.
Now, what about pay?
We are a start-up. We pay reasonably. We may also throw in a motivational speech once every 3 months.
And, if it were not already clear, we are very honest. So, what you see is what you get. We promise to not be this boss.
